Tele-assessment App (education and healthcare)

I am working as a UX/UI designer on the development of an internal application for conducting tele-assessments and video consultations. The client is an organization of psychologists based in one of the U.S. states. Previously, they used a specialized program for assessments, but its functionality did not fully meet their needs and was overly complex. As a result, the organization decided to develop its own internal application.
